Missing the Before Time
America right now is in the after.
After like A.D.
Because in year of our Lord 2025:
No one remembers that our legal system considers corporations PEOPLE
And consumers of their products are slaves to capitalism
And workers of the corporation are slaves to money
And the slave police now wear black outfits of ICE instead white hoods lit by crosses on fire
American right now is in the after.
After like aftermath:
Because no one paid the teachers
And everyone shot up the schools
And now the future of tomorrow cannot spell nor solve for X
And they took away a woman’s right to determine if she can afford to educate a child at all
America right now is in the after.
After like afterbirth:
It has created a monster.
It must now clean up the mess
